KKJ Group International has global operations as a conglomerate while the Group is also known as Al Swiss Group in the Middle East region. The Group commenced its operations in 1993 with one single firm namely Al Swiss Insulation Co. L.L.C. Since then it has been an uphill task for us to come to this stage wherein presently we have Ten professionally managed, ISO-9001 certified independent entities including a Charitable Institution which were strategically incorporated in U.A.E., India, Canada and Oman to cover our operations for almost all the Continents including Europe and America.

The vision of our Founding Chairman and Group Chief Executive Dr. K.K. JOSEPH, Ph.D (D.B.A) - an accomplished title holder of ‘Doctor of Business Administration’ - whose determination and rich exposure as an ardent professional in business management, law and finance made the group excel on its path towards becoming a dominant global player in their areas of operations. Indeed it was his persistent and well nurtured goal to achieve professionalism in all spheres of work that made Al Swiss Group under the banner of ‘KKJ Enterprises’ to emerge as a major corporate icon. Quoting Peter F. Drucker ‘Management is doing things right; Leadership is doing the right things’.

Over the years, we maintained and ensured maximum possible transparency and quality criteria coupled with customer satisfaction and this very disciplined approach led us in achieving the ISO certification for the entire group during the first quarter of 2001 and of late the coveted ISO 9001 certification as well.

Our Group is a leader in providing techno-economical solutions to Onshore-offshore Heavy Engineering, Procurements, Construction and International Trading. Our various Divisions undertake Turnkey Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Underground/cross country piping and District cooling systems. We are also specialized in refurbishment of marine accommodation and Ship repairs. We also have specialized divisions to carryout Hard & Soft Landscaping, Refractory, Specialized shotcrete applications, Industrial insulation, Fireproofing of structural steel, etc., in a timely, cost-effective and competitive manner. Our Indian operations facilitate state-of-the-art services in healthcare, education and medical research.

The Group has a highly versatile and dedicated team as Board of Directors to chalk out the long-term corporate strategies.  It consists of leaders from different walks of life – Federal Ministers, Entrepreneurs and core Professionals including top Academicians.  

Today, KKJ Group International employs over 500 international and multidisciplinary professionals, most of them from reputed premier Engineering and Management Institutions in the world in addition to more than 2000 Administrative and Technical Staff working in various specialized disciplines across the globe. KKJ Group International’s various divisions are headed by core professionals in respective fields who run its day-to-day affairs independently. Operational planning and policy decisions for the Group are being formulated by the Division Heads in consultation with respective Directors and Group Executive Director, Mr. Jay Prajapati.

The Group fully aware about the importance of ‘Corporate Social Responsibilities’ and has well defined policies and programme for philanthropic activities.  Accordingly, the Group incorporated its own charitable wing called KKJ Foundations with our Group CEO as its Founding Chairman-cum-settlor. This is also an ISO 9001 certified absolute charitable institution under Indian Trust act, 1882 wholly for the benefit of the destitute and underprivileged at large irrespective of caste, creed or region.
